Project Stages
Initial Process
Essa etapa envolve uma reunião com o cliente para entender quais são as demandas, o estilo do projeto, as expectativas do cliente, pegar referencias, etc.
This stage involves a meeting with the client to understand their requirements, the style of the project, the client's expectations, gather references, etc.
Preliminary Study
É realizada a análise do local, aferindo as medidas, analisando o entorno, as condicionantes e o diagnóstico. A partir dele, o projeto avança ainda mais.
An analysis of the site is carried out, assessing measurements, analyzing the surroundings, constraints, and diagnosis. Based on this, the project moves forward.
Preliminary draft
Esta etapa consiste na definição das soluções arquitetônicas que melhor corresponderão a definição do programa. Constam no anteprojeto a planta baixa de cada pavimento, corte esquemático, implantação, layout de mobiliário básico, perspectivas internas, em cores e humanizadas.
This stage consists of defining the architectural solutions that best correspond to the program definition. The preliminary design includes the floor plan for each floor, schematic section, layout, basic furniture layout, and internal perspectives, in color and humanized.
Executive Project
No projeto executivo consta o aprofundamento e maior detalhamento do espaço. Proporciona um diferencial e assegura o bom uso do espaço. São definidos nele, tipos de materiais utilizados, detalhes construtivos e arquitetônicos, layout, mobiliário, iluminação, etc.
The executive project includes a more in-depth and detailed description of the space. It provides a unique feature and ensures the proper use of the space. It defines the types of materials used, construction and architectural details, layout, furniture, lighting, etc.
